Job Development Coach Inc./ENcourage NV, is an Employment Network (EN) with Social Security’s Ticket to Work Program and is contracted with the State of Nevada’s Vocational Rehabilitation Division.

As an EN-Employment Network – approved, trained and funded by the Social Security Administration, we provide NO COST employment placement services to people receiving SSDI and/or SSI benefits who want to earn money. Many of our participants say they would like to be off of disability benefits once and for all if they could find a job that paid them what they are worth!
